Over spray from iron rich bore water is the usual cause of iron staining. It ranges from light yellow to deep brown to almost black and is more noticeable on cream or light colored surfaces such as concrete and urban stone.

Iron Kleen may be diluted up to 1:10 parts of water depending on extent of soiling.
Apply a small amount of solution to an inconspicuous area to ensure there is no adverse reaction.
Use a long broom or long handled brush. Liberally apply the solution to the surface to be cleaned. Wait for up
to 10 minutes and rinse liberally with water. For extra heavy staining apply a second coat.
