FEEDING DIRECTIONS
Equibalance can be mixed 1 to 1 with grain such as
oats or barley for high performance horses.
Equibalance can be fed as the sole feed for good-doing
horses.
Feed a minimum of 1% body weight of good quality
roughage in the form of pasture, hay or chaff.
Equibalance should be introduced slowly to the diet over
7 - 10 days.
The amount fed should be divided into at least two
feeds daily, with a maximum of 3kg of Equibalance
and grain per feed.
Reduce the amount of Equibalance and grain fed on
rest days.
Electrolytes / or salt lick can be added for heavy
sweating horses.
Clean, fresh water should be available at all times
